Kingdom Leadership in the Postmodern Era

I just read a very interesting article on the new/coming/here nature of leadership.  This has some roots in the emergent church movement, but it seems much better grounded than many things I've read.  I think anyone who has read what Jesus actually says would question a CEO-Pastor model for the church, as does this article.  He takes this and several other very good thoughts to show the culture shift that is pulling the floor out from underneath the big-business model church of the past several hundred years.  Give it a read HERE.
Comments?  I'm especially interested in what those of us used to a clergy-laity model think…
