About My Father's Business
By daniel | January 30, 2006
Just a thought today — If God is the one who has decided that I need to be doing something, then why do I look to others for this sense of worth in doing it? Has not God said it is for me to do, and does that not make it the most important thing I could do?
When I look for approval, because we all need to be valued, should I not look to God, who both explicitly values me and my work, since it was decreed by Him both my value and my tasks?
And if I my task is not the one He has given me, then what the heck am I thinking? Shouldn't I be about my Father's business?
