Peru 2006: saludos de peru

we had a fun trip from arequipa. .it wasn't nearly as bad as virgil explained it. yesterday we settled in at the hostal it is pretty nice, it just doesn't have toilet paper. today we did some work on brad and gina's house moatly yard work. adam and richard got to construct a wooden walker for 4 year old girl that could only scoot around. we all got to watch her take it for a test ride and she did very well. we predict she will be walking soon. the elder ladies karen and myself helped a super peruvian vegtable chopper in the kitchen to make soup. she made us look really bad. heres a shocker, karen and i got lost about 3 times in the 1 street city today. julie is learning spanish very quickly, today i think she past her dad. the gals got to go to a children's service today at the church and there were around 25 kids. jonathan swept the kitchen floor tonight!!!!!!!! today we learned that adam is a really great dancer. the boys went to the store and bought some peruvian policia hats. thats all for now. more to come pronto.
